Day 4: A song that makes you sad.
I don’t just have 1 song that makes me sad… So I am going to post them all. All these songs have meaning, not just for me, but I am sure for some of my family, friends. I know these songs can be used for other families too. I hope you enjoy listening, just grab your tissue.
Rascal Flatts – Why
Natalie Grant – Death Of A Loved One
Simple Plan – Untitled
RIP to all we have lost. We may never understand why, but we can always see the impact that have left in our lives. May one day we will be able to see them again, no more pain, no more tears, but with rejoice!

The song that wells me up with tears is Queensryche “Silent Lucidity”. My best friend, Beth, made me listen to it when it first came out and told me that it reminded her of me. The chorus in it is
I will be watching over you
I am gonna help you see it through
I will protect you in the night
I am smiling next to you, in Silent Lucidity
I believe that song was her gift to me in letting me know that even after she’s gone she’ll still be with me. Sometimes I feel her late at night in the darkness, and I remember that. I’m comforted always by this thought.
