Day 12 – Something you never get compliments on
I found this image on Google, and I have to agree. Why do I care when you don’t. If you don’t want to give me a compliment, then who cares!?
I guess I can name some things I never get complimented on..
my nose, height, complexion, my legs, arms, fingers, toes, and etc. 🙂 Why would anyone want to compliment on that though? If someone was to say, “I really like your nose.” I would feel as though something was wrong with my nose. Usually people compliment on what they see, right?

/ July 12, 2011I guess if someone complimented my nose, I’d ask them if they’d had a new Rx for their eyeglasses lately. Then I’d ask if they were planning plastic surgery and if they’d like one just like mine…I’d send a photo !
This is an interesting question, because we all like an occasional sincere compliment which we immediately diss and say that we don’t agree or some other negative remark of disbelief !
When I’d go to parent/teacher conferences for my son, I’d take a photo because I’d want to verify that it was the same kid we were talking about being such a wonderful helper and soooo polite student ! But, isn’t that what we want…,,the good behavior in public…the other behind closed doors, if possible!
I digressed as usual…you have a lovely nose…I’ll trade if you like !

/ July 12, 2011Oh Siggi you know just how to make me smile. I just hope when my little gets to school next year, she is sweet and kind and keeps her temper and attitude at home. I like my nose, I just never got compliments on it, people stare at my eyes mostly, which I guess that is a great thing. They could have wondering eyes to my ladies below, lol! Thanks for the smile 🙂 I appreciate it.
