31 Weeks

It has been another busy week! Jade was admitted into the hospital on Monday. She started getting sicker on Friday. Her fever went up to 103.5 so I decided that the Dr needed to admit her so we could figure out what is wrong! I would give her medicine to mask the fever and then it would return, it has been stressful, but just thankful that she is home now. (And we really don’t have answers other than it could have been viral or her walking pneumonia)

On top of all that I missed another day at Zumba, and gosh I miss them! When I am doing Zumba it reminds me to stay healthy, and I have a bunch of support from them, they are my motivators and I am theirs.

We are still packing and getting everything together. It won’t be long and we will be moving, and having a baby boy here with us!  We also still need to find a pediatrician, and do an interview with them.

31 weeks

This week, your baby measures over 16 inches long. He weighs about 3.3 pounds and is heading into a growth spurt. He can turn his head from side to side, and his arms, legs, and body are beginning to plump out as needed fat accumulates underneath his skin. He’s probably moving a lot, too, so you may have trouble sleeping because your baby’s kicks and somersaults keep you up. Take comfort: All this moving is a sign that your baby is active and healthy.

Nothing much really

Shortness of Breath (Normal)

  1. My mom craved ice when she was pregnant. (I’m #1 of six, so I remember several pregnancies.) She said she liked the “dirty” taste of ice. LOL.
Her friends said mama’s babies were all born with a head full of hair because they needed it to stay warm in utero.
Be glad it’s ice. I craved peanut butter and syrup or buttered popcorn. NOT what the doctor ordered. 🙂

    • Last night I craved ice and sherbert ice cream, I just get cravings all of a sudden, then it will go away when I fill it lol! I didn’t know ice could taste dirty? 😉 But I understand, I think it is the coldness that I like, I am not really sure.
Sometimes my cravings are not what the dr ordered either, especially when it is Pecan Pie (which I have to eat when daughter is at school)

  2. Hang in there, buddy!
