Five Question Friday

Ahhhh!! I have been slacking! Sorry my fellow friends and readers. We had some bad lightning the other night and we needed up with no power, and blah blah blah, but I will tell ya about it on Todays truth πŸ™‚ So, Here we go.. 5QF!

1. If you knew your best friend’s spouse was cheating on her or him, would you tell her (him)?
I believe in Karma, and I don’t want to be the one breaking bad news to my friend. It is kinda like, yeah I dunno. Since my (ex) step-dad cheated on my mom and I was the one to tell my mom. I have become a let Karma do her thing, kinda person. I now feel as though if I tell my best friend about something, that the person I’m telling on might have lies good enough to not back my story, so I will just step back and watch what happens. I know, true friends tell and talk, but I already been on that fence and it tore me apart.

2. Soda in a can or a bottle?
Can!!! Something about being in a can makes it feel colder, and the taste is different πŸ˜‰

3. What do you wash first, hair or body?
I wash my hair first, haha! Am I weird? oh, then I double rinse it before I get out.

4. What advice would you give to any new mama?
Sleep while you can, and if you are doing formula.. get the containers that you can have the formula already in that way you can just dump it into the bottle than shake, shake it! lol!! πŸ™‚ and enjoy the moments while you can because the grow up so fast… or the time passes by so fast, either one.

5. What is your best hangover remedy?
Pop 2 Tylenol in the morning, and go get something to eat, with a water πŸ™‚

President, What!?

I personally don’t think I would be good in politics anyways. I don’t care anything about politics, much less being a President, King, or Prime-minister.

I also believe our government is truly messed up anyway! They did that all on their own, without my help, thank gosh! I wouldn’t even know where to begin if I stepped through the door at the “office”.

I, however, do believe that people on Welfare, food stamps, and any other government help should have to take drug tests. I don’t believe in people who have babies, just to get money. I also don’t believe in people totally living off the government if they are perfectly normal!

Another thing is custody battles. I don’t believe that a child should just automatically go to the mom. I believe there should be investigations done to see where the child should be placed during custody. A child should have love, toys, a clean environment, their own space, and it should totally rest on the well-being on the child. It shouldn’t be strictly an one way street! Sometimes the dad in the child’s life, might be best for the child!

As I was looking through some of my friends on Facebook I have noticed that they had problems with the government due to the “No Child Left Behind“. My opinion is that if a child is not where he/she should be during that school year, than why not hold him/her back to get the best out of the child? Why just keep moving the child forward through school, how will this help the child in the future? If they are reading on a 4th grade level, why move them into a 6th grade reading class? How does that make sense? So, again, think what is “best” for the child, not what is “best” for the school!

I wouldn’t know where to begin with government policies, so please don’t bully my post, into what you think or what you think I should think. I am just politely stating my opinions, ha!

Have you ever noticed how many “friends” you have on Facebook? Do you ever wonder why they never “talk” to you?

Well, there has beenΒ  lot of thoughts creeping through my head about this. I, for one, do like my “friends” all of them. They are on my friends list not because I just wanted them there to make me “popular”, but because at one point in my life they have left something to remember them by.

On the other hand, I have came to notice how things tend to change on Facebook. Like when, you comment on a friends status and they never really either answer you back, or they just say “thanks” never try to draw up a conversation with you. Which leads me to believe if you don’t want to be my “friend” then delete me. You wont hurt my feelings any. I have been through enough, I know I can handle it.

Also, I don’t care if you don’t like my 154156431 status updates. I do have family on my Facebook that might like knowing what Im doing. If you don’t like them, then delete me.

Wow, I guess for some reason I am venting, but I do love Facebook. I love it, because there is a lot of childhood friends on there, lots of family that I don’t get to see as often as I should (Which goes back to only having 1 car from a previous post). I do think Facebook needs to be adjusted. Maybe one day I will sit down and delete all the people I don’t really talk to, and keep my “true friends” as well as my family. In the end that is all that matters to begin with, right?

Friends will have your back no matter what and well with family, some of them might need something to talk about over their morning coffee. Maybe everyone can eventually see how happy I really am and how proud I am of the person I have became.

~happy Facebooking (my own word)~
